肺癌支氣管鏡檢查

病患者女 - 64歲

家人於4月底在私家醫院進行「肺抽針」及PET CT SCAN後確診肺線癌3B 期, 並知道有基因特變

5月頭見左政府胸肺科醫生, 排左期7月尾做支氣管鏡檢查, 醫院打黎可提早6月頭做

因為「肺抽針」化驗後已知癌症期數, 而PET CT SCAN 亦顯示淋巴結擴散位置, 請問是否有需要再做支氣管鏡檢查呢, 結果會否不同, 以致影響日後治療方案?
