咳了一年有多

病患者男

斷斷續續咳了一年多， 上年照過x-ray 3 次肺都無大問題， 睇了好多個醫生都係敏感咳， 但係食藥後都唔斷尾， 都唔知發生咩事， 請問雖要照肺CT 或MRI嗎？
