焦慮症

病患者男 - 41歲

我應該患有焦慮症幾年，初時會肌肉跳，個人會頭暈有心悸等症狀，但呢幾年都係咁做運動，壓力源頭亦已解決，身體狀況好過之前好多，但還有頭暈同心跳感不過個感覺好返好多，我想問如果想好返係未要用血清素，和血清素是否很難戒斷。
