肝酵素高

病患者男 - 47歲

我先生之前驗到肝酵素高，醫生幫佢驗咗有無肝炎，出來結果是沒有肝炎，但醫生又無開藥俾食，請問肝酵素高需要留啲咩？要不要食藥？是不是脂肪肝？但佢膽固醇好正常沒有超標，有照過CT,但沒有特別，只是話腎有少水泡，請問要不要再有咩檢查要跟進，謝謝
