抽脂隆胸

醫生你好，我之前曾經做過植入隆胸手術，生bb後胸部下垂同走樣，請問可否做抽脂隆胸改善？我本身比較瘦，會否不合適？產後最快幾時可以預約做手術？另外用脂肪填充，胸部是否無可避免都會有粒粒或硬塊出現？手術價錢大約多少？謝謝你的解答！
