心急！請問這是口腔癌症狀嗎？！

病患者男 - 8歲

小孩8歲 ，近日發現他口腔底部左側生了一塊紅色的肉，那塊肉上面還有痱滋，過了幾天，痱滋範圍變大了一點點。很擔心…請問為什麼會生了一塊肉出來？！
