食了避孕藥流血

病患者女 - 28歲

本人在11月10號來月經，月經16號完結。
在20號食避孕藥，有輕微出血情況，服食2日後對副作用有不良反應（嘔心，頭痛，發熱）停食後便沒有流血情況。
但是在26號再次出血，血量與月經相似。請問是月經提早了嗎？
