小朋友杜牙根一定要牙套嗎？

兒子4歲9個月，大牙有蛀，醫生建議杜牙根$3500，同埋加牙套$3500！但小朋友只是乳齒，遲早會脫落，仍需要牙套嗎？因為覺得牙套大貴了....
