抑鬱越黎越嚴重

小女是個好負面的人有抑鬱三幾年今年4月發覺自己抑鬱越黎越嚴重，主動要求睇醫生，我上網搵咗一個精神科醫生睇，睇左幾個月好像嚴重左好多自殘越黎越嚴重，同醫生同心理治療師都講唔要好只係想浮沉係而家狀態，有想過同阿女轉醫生但她堅持唔要，最近唔多食野仲要食安眠藥先可以瞓覺，請問我可以點樣幫到佢🙏🏻
