背部皮膚痕癢，出現啡色微隆起的圓點

病患者女 - 62歲

背部已痕癢一星期，剛剛整看發現微小的啡色微微隆起斑點，原以為是老人斑，但發現微微隆起。請問是疹嗎？但上網查看疹是紅色的。應該要怎樣做？
