病患者男 - 20歲

想知陰囊上方位即係蛋蛋上方的位置有痕癢跡象,同陰莖根部左邊位有紅跡象，尿後龜頭有少少剌痛，冇尿急同流白液，想問大概咩病？而46日前去了一樓一有戴套，本人上個月也做了 dna test 得了陰道加得納強陽性反應，已經食了七日食，想請問這個病會帶來好大影響嗎？
