肚的左同右位置痛

病患者男 - 20歲

醫生你好，本人不知為何近一星期，肚下復的左右位置很刺痛，那住的感覺，而且肛門兩三日有一次痛，跟住係咁去廁所肚瀉，一日去四次，是不是腸的問題？
