必需要脫大牙，之後帶假牙定種牙好？

病患者男 - 48歲

智慧齒前那大牙已蛀斷了兩隻腳，已知道是必需要脫，朋友建議我之後去種牙，但她說不能立即做，那一般大慨隔幾耐才可？另外若果脫大牙後什麼也不做，連假牙都不帶會否出現什麼問題?
