牙齒蛀牙 牙週病

我已經被牙齒困擾左幾年
開始愈黎愈多爛牙，差不多上下左右都係
牙週病應該都病，仲發覺牙齒有黑色邊困邊
搞到而家愈黎愈擔心，擔心自己咁後生30幾歲要帶全假牙，醫生你有方法可以幫到嗎？
