左鼻孔發現腫脹

你好醫生
我在今個星期發現鼻孔有少少鼻塞既狀況出現，以為只是有鼻屎既情況，但係用燈光檢查後，發現左鼻孔內接近中間的位置，有腫脹情況出現。用手指摸入去後，感覺係硬。之前試過係鼻內試過生瘡，會有痛既情況，而今次腫脹既情況唔會痛。我想請問係唔係鼻甲腫脹？還是其他情況？感謝🙏🏻
