經血量變少

病患者女 - 25歲

以往經期一直約7日才完 , 但近這兩個月經期突變4-5日,時間也不準, 血量也變很少, 而且血好像很稠, 抹的時候不少,但流出來的就很少。請問這關係到我這幾個月凌晨才睡嗎? 還是什麼身體問題?
