喉嚨痕，輕微咳嗽，胸痛，擔心肺癌

病患者男 - 40歲

喉嚨痕癢已維持差不多個多月，間中需要咳兩聲才止痕，又咳不出痰來（但曾試過兩次咳出血絲痰），說話需清喉嚨才可說話，胸部中間持續胸痛，日間胸口悶悶的，夜晚訓覺又覺得呼吸不順及胸痛，曾服食止咳藥及抗敏感藥亦沒有好轉
