手背有一粒水囊

病患者女 - 10歲

小女上年9歲時手背發現一粒直徑約5mm，觸摸會感覺痛，轉介到政府醫院照xRay見了骨科醫生。他說是水囊，但通常是年紀大才有，小童比較少見，凸出位置會慢慢被吸收。但一年後在同一位置又出現了，觸摸一樣會痛楚，有時不觸摸亦有些刺痛，請問為何會這樣？嚴重嗎？
