手踭跌傷4個月後仍然痛

你好，本人於4個月前跌傷左手踭，照了 x-ray 及MRI, 醫生都説手踭沒骨折及MRI 正常(結構正常），但做了8次物理治療後，手於屈曲和伸直時仍痛，伸直時如用力握拳更痛，另外做一些旋轉動作，如扭毛巾或開門鎖時都會痛。想問一下醫生那是傷及了哪𥚃？要看什麼科？謝謝！
