一日肚痾幾次以上，半夜都要去廁所坐

你好醫生，我家人近三個月成日都突然肚痛要去廁所，唔肯睇醫生又唔肯講咩事，但聽得出佢每次都係肚痾連屁果隻，有時食食下飯，半夜訓訓下教都要去廁所，而且瘦了不少成日話攰，有時想去廁所又去唔到，但詳細病程問唔到家人唔肯透露。。。
