杜牙根後痛

病患者男 - 35歲

今年6月份我上面大牙杜了牙根,現在已經第3次補好了牙,就等7月尾裝牙套,不過由第一次杜牙根開始到現在隻牙自己會痛,以及用舌頭壓一壓都會痛,食了止痛藥都沒用,請問這情況是否正常?是否繼續裝牙套？
