長者失眠問題

病患者女 - 70歲

家中長者有長期失眠嘅問題，多年來有服食家庭醫生處方嘅安眠藥的習慣，但近半年藥物功效不明顯，老人家喺晚間不能睡覺，會在家不斷踱步或去洗手間，也曾經試過意識迷糊地下樓買東西吃。

幾個月內已經第二次因為以上原因在家跌倒，手或腳有骨裂，每次康復後但都害怕有下一次跌倒，都希望找專科醫生舒緩有關問題。
