思覺失調前驅期？

病患者男 - 18歲

食咗十星期每日四份三Rivotril 第十一個星期減到一半，之後減到四分一用左一星期，之後又用一星期減到八分一，我而加好似諗唔到野，理解力好似下降左，我好驚自己保思覺失調前驅期。
