陰部內附近右邊有一粒野

病患者女 - 34歲

醫生您好，上星期發現陰部內（右邊）生左一粒野。沒有膿，不痛，size約半個1毫大，但都現在粒野變大了少少及高了 ， 長得好似暗瘡！

請問知道會是什麼嗎？
