下眼廉有粒野

你好 ,我左眼近呢個月很痕癢,翻開下眼廉有粒淡白色,感覺這粒東西引致痕癢及令到眼很不舒服,看了政府醫生,搽了幾天眼藥膏都沒有改善,想問是否要再眼轉科才可知原因
