如果真係有磨牙我應該點算好？

醫生你好！我最近發現每朝起身嘅時候牙骹都好痛，聽我家姐講我夜晚訓覺時候牙齒都會發出一D好刺耳嘅聲音，佢話我有磨牙，仲話我讀書壓力太大，因為我就嚟要考DSE。咁如果真係有磨牙我應該點算好？會晤會磨到D牙短哂嫁？
