飛蚊症與視網膜穿孔

本人 20 歲時已開始有飛蚊症, 已有15年飛蚊症,

數年前曾發現視網膜穿孔, 已做激光修補, 請教醫生, 除了每年作定期眼科檢查外, 有什麼可行的方法, 可避免日後出現更多的飛蚊, 和視網膜有新小孔這些疾病 ?
