陰道粉紅色分泌

我正計劃懷孕，驗孕棒也開始呈淺色，理論上昨天應該是經期，唯昨晚及今天早上陰道流出了些淺粉紅色分泌。

網上有很多說法，有些說是孕期前出血，有些又說是息肉問題。我曾在一月做過宮腔鏡割息肉，但事隔兩個月，應該跟息肉無關吧！所以想請教醫生是什麼問題。謝謝！
