醫生，你好。本人喉嚨有異物感，吞口水時更明顯，感覺有痰吐不出又吞不下。口水粘稠乾咳，一直想清喉嚨多喝開水也設有改善，半年裡反覆發作。近日伴有胸悶，心口疼痛呼吸變急促不𣈱順氣喘。？？？
