懷疑患上了黃斑病變

病患者男 - 19歲

醫生好，我本人是有近視+散光。當中以散光度數較深，而且右眼與左眼度數差距大。

最近，無意中發現在房間內關燈後看東西時好像有很多斑點，但不太明顯，開燈後卻消失了。而且，左右眼看縫隙時，如門與門框之間的黑色間隙，會有斑點在閃動，同樣也是不明顯的，但這些斑點令我看門的輪廓時，好像有小小崩缺口及些小歪曲。有時候剛睡醒時，效果更明顯，請問是哪裡出了問題呢？
