大便次數上升

病患者男 - 26歲

請問一下如果日常生活正常，沒出現腹痛(但左下腹近盤骨位置間中有少量酸軟感)，大便呈啡色無血形狀正常但有時帶有少量細細粒糞便，而排便次數上升(可以一天三次有糞便,但有時有便意但排不出),份量也時多時少，會是大腸癌先兆嗎？
