先天性腦底動脈狹窄

病患者女 - 56歲

黄醫生，你好，本人去年頭暈倒天旋地轉，入院照腦和頸椎MRI，發現左側腦底動脈的V4段平滑變窄，是發育不全而不是真正狹窄，因此沒有作出特别治療，只配止暈藥……年多時間試盡多方面治療，仍然未好，加上近日左耳後面至左側面出現拉扯和怪怪的感覺，所以懷疑是否有惡化，應該如何治療？
