發燒後勃起一直不理想

病患者男 - 27歲

4-5日前我發燒感冒。
1-2日後退燒，可能係太高燒既關係，出左好多汗。
好返之後一路都好似勃起吾係好理想。
有晨勃，但都不太理想。
好想知道係咩事，求醫生解答。
