經常噯氣

病患者男 - 26歲

醫生你好，我之前有2個星期食野飲水都會一直噯氣，1日噯過百次，令到我冇咩胃口，之後慢慢改善，依家食野後都會噯氣，可能噯十幾次，加埋1日4，50次。

之後有2次排便，連續2日，糞便中間帶有黑色物質，糞便形狀係一條但表面好似鬆散，腐爛咁。

請問係咩問題呢？謝謝
