橫生智慧齒

病患者女 - 25歲

想問以下幾個問題
1）本人脫掉右下最尾大牙，剩下橫生智慧齒（完全橫向，牙冠向左）有冇機會打直生到出來代替大牙空位？
2）因脫掉最尾大牙，上面對咬牙已經明顯向下生長，有咩方法可以解決？可否將長左既牙推返入牙肉內？如果唔理佢會唔會越生越長最後會甩？
3）脫掉最後的大牙後，前面的牙會唔會後移？因植牙貴，唔理佢會唔會有咩後果？
