病患者男 - 10+歲

中學時期 發現大量脫髮 情況惡化副全身毛髮脫落
嘗試服用類固醇有效果 全身毛髮長回 不過副作用較大
停藥後全身毛髮脫落問題依舊

請問一下有其他方法治療嗎？
Tofacitinib 捷抑炎/dpcp 可以嗎？
有醫生可以治療我嗎？謝謝
