隔著褲磨擦下體

醫生您好
5日前曾接觸女性工作者但沒有性交沒有口交
只被佢赤裸下身地坐在我下體上用力磨左幾分鐘
我有著褲但事後發現褲上有濕左既漬
係對方既分泌物
我冇從確實有否濕到我內褲
咁既情況我會否有機會得到性病？
特別是hiv/梅毒/hsv2型
為此十分憂慮
