十年前得了肺病,後來吃藥醫好,現病又復發,找醫生開藥,發現肝因為吃那肺病的藥受損了,現在應該怎麼做?

我在十年前得了肺病，後來吃藥醫好啦。但在前一些日子，我的病又復發，便去找醫生開藥了，吃一些日子，再去復查，發現我的肝因為吃那肺病的藥受損了，還有兩次身體很差嘔吐，請問醫生，我現在應該怎麼做，還有應預防什麼？
