長期戴隱形眼鏡搞到眼乾要點做?

病患者女 - 34歲

我由20歲開始日日戴隱形眼鏡, 一開始都會用day con, 之後慢慢變左用月con
最近呢個月對眼成日好乾, 一日要滴10幾次眼藥水, 滴到個人燥曬底
想問下我仲戴唔戴得con, 係咪係時候要放棄戴con啦
但係我工作需要又唔戴得眼鏡, 可以點做呀
