椎間盤突出需要做手術嗎

谢谢谢彭振康医生宝貴意見，今天有问题请幫忙。
今天睡醒來起床痛的情度輕了得多，由股到腳的痛時间短了，但小腿到腳底的麻痺还在,这样星否证明突出物自动宿小了，病程好轉了，如果是我便不用做手術，对吗？不做手術，痛和痺的情况会否完全消失呢？
