肛門問題

病患者男 - 19歲

肛門經常痕癢，內褲有分泌物，大便時間中會有痛楚，肛門附近皮膚呈灰白，請問是否肛門濕疹，會不會自癒，以及如果看醫生應該到一般的診所還是專科診所?謝謝
