眼壓偏高

醫生你好, 一次的驗眼發現眼壓偏高 左右眼數值是22 23
但正常水平是10-21, 可惜當時醫生只說了句還未需要擔心便無左件事, 其實我十分害怕會有青光眼,請問這樣的眼壓數值真的不用擔心嗎
