好頭暈

你好醫生!

我前年開始頭暈，係會每日咁暈，但未到會天旋地轉咁，不過到夜晚條頸就會好攰。我試過好翻兩次係靠推理針灸同食通血管既藥，但最近又開始暈翻，唔知係頸有事定耳有事，醫生我係咪照x光驗下穩陣啲？

我自己平時會打籃球做gym,之前都有試過chok到條頸，不過唔知關唔關事。
