是否有性病

病患者男 - 25歲

我10天前性交完，她有無套口交，有套性交，這幾天龜頭生2很細粒既紅點不是鮮紅色的，是暗紅色的，晚上睡前還有痾完尿還有未痾清的感覺。

原本痾尿都有痛，但飲多了水痾尿就不痛了。今天還有喉嚨痛加肚痛，請問我是有性病嗎？謝謝解答
