腋下好多硬粒

病患者女 - 32歲

腋下左邊摸到有5~6粒硬粒（在皮膚內），最大果粒1cm 到，大約像黃豆般大，唔痛，左邊有2～3粒硬粒都係唔痛，好像呢一至二年越黎越多。係唔係多數都係脂肪粒？有冇需要睇醫生？如要應該睇邊科？我有驗過EB 是陽性，有關係嗎？但已去看耳鼻喉專科照鼻鏡沒有問題的。
