中醫能治療耳聾嗎?

我是一名鼻咽癌康復者，五個月前完成了全部療程（化療和放療）。我明白，防止癌病翻發至為重要，但目前我備受化療和放療的副作用所折磨。其中我最關注的是，我的聽力嚴重下降，降了又降，現在已配了助聽器，不然無法與人溝通。

請問這種由化療或放療造成的耳聾，中醫可以醫治嗎？（西醫說只能配助聽器。）
