西醫陳凱旭因2016年在雜誌文章中作出有宣傳成分及錯誤陳述，被指控專業失德。醫學委員會今日(26日)就案件展開聆訊，裁定陳3項專業失德成立，將除牌3個月，緩刑36個月，期間再犯將永久在醫生名冊中除名。
