[ 兒科 ] 法庭：「兒歌醫生」陳醫生賠款未甩難

有「兒歌醫生」之稱的醫學會副會長陳醫生，被指於○九年替一名當時十四個月大的男嬰，治療其割傷的右手無名指時疏忽，令男嬰最終要切去一截無名指。事主父母事後向陳民事索償，法庭早前判陳要賠償近五十二萬元予事主，惟事件尚有餘波。
