皮膚發熱和有刺涼感覺

本病患者女 - 30歲

身頭皮同埋身體上尤其首獲腳都會有比針吉嘅感覺，現在開始有灼熱感王刺涼感，請問是不是神經炎的問題？身體也有肉跳的問題，請問我應該睇什麼專科！謝謝！需要入院詳細檢查嗎
