前列腺炎手術後遺症

病患者男 - 21歲

請問慢性前列腺炎久治不癒，如不考慮生育可以直接移除，有甚麼生遺症？如逆行射精，不能生育
症狀有：尿頻，尿流弱，尿不盡。尿完也無法清空膀胱
